At Omniplas we hope that you (the Customer) are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item.
You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging.
Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods, we are unable to accept returns without a valid invoice as proof of purchase.
If the goods have been delivered prior to us receiving notification of your wish to cancel the order, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your expense.
If the product you purchase isn’t as described, not fit for purpose or faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid less any standard delivery charges, collection charges or charges associated with delivery upgrades and re-stocking fees.
We will always make a refund using the same type of payment any goods were paid for. We cannot make a refund to a credit/debit card that differs from that used to in the original transaction.
Any collected goods will first need inspecting before an exchange or refund can be applied.
If we refund the price paid before we can inspect the Goods and later discover they have been handled in an unacceptable way, an appropriate amount will need to be paid.
We are under no obligation to arrange collection of goods that need to be returned, if however, we agree to arrange for the return of goods, we will advise you of any costs incurred by us in doing so and will require payment to cover these costs prior to arranging the return.
